Goal: setting new goals
What do you need?
A balloon, a feather, a marker
Exercise:
Write a goal down on the balloon that you would like to achieve.
The goal is achieved? Write down all the things that helped you achieve the goal on the feather. Pierce the balloon with the feather!
EXERCISE 2
Goal: work towards your dream
What do you need?
Marker, paper...
Exercise:
Make a dreamcatcher.
Write down or draw your dreams on little pieces of paper.
Every time you have accomplished a dream, you can attach the little piece of paper to the dream catcher.
